Key Position Functions Include
Coordinate, issues quotations and bid packages for customers, including all pertinent company information, while formatting in accordance with company guidelines to ensure the final document is in a professional and comprehensive format
Coordinate marketing material with sales for customer proposal packages
Manage documentation and files when proposals are revised, be available to provide support to sales organization during any commercial discussions for open bids
Generate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for manufactured goods and services to be procured as required
Work with purchasing and manufacturing on cost and deliveries on buyout items and component assemblies
Work with Outside sales on technical data that maybe pertinent to quoting the correct product.
Prepare with sales monthly forecast, aligning open quotes to forecast demand and present at Sales and Operations Meeting monthly
Maintain quotation log
Preferred Candidate Will Possess a Combination Of The Following
Minimum 3 years related experience in wellhead products and/or associated service
Four-year degree in Business or Finance is preferred.
SAP or Sage 500 a plus.
Must be proficient with Microsoft applications.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
